I got a pan for Christmas last year and I have been making them ever since! (it's a Saturday morning monthly tradition!) They take more effort than your typical pancake! The kids LOVE them! One favorite is the lemon curd and mascrapone cheese filling! (William Sonoma recipe) Have fun with these!
